Simple Estate Planning to Protect What Matters Most
Truly Simple. Truly Affordable. Truly Yours.
At True Estate Planning, we understand that estate planning can feel overwhelming, confusing, and expensive, leading many to avoid it altogether. However, without proper planning, your family could face unnecessary challenges and costs down the road.
Our founder, Kelly Spann, saw this firsthand after years of offering estate planning services through word-of-mouth at her franchise law firm, FortmanSpann. Recognizing a real need for a law firm that makes estate planning simple, affordable, and effective, she took action—and True Estate Planning, LLC was born.
Our goal is to help you protect yourself and your assets both during your life and after you’ve passed. We believe that planning for the future doesn’t have to be daunting, and by addressing it now, you can save your loved ones from emotional and financial stress later.
If you have any questions or concerns about your estate plan—or if you don’t have one yet—True Estate Planning is here to guide you through the process. Let us help you create an affordable, clear plan that gives you peace of mind for the future.
